What is the correct way to suggest my website to Qango?
The more time you spend on making a good quality site suggestion, the more likely it is that we will take the time to review it and consider it for approval.

If we need to edit your details to any degree it is unlikely that your site will be reviewed. We simply do not have the time to correct mistakes or change the details of poor quality site suggestions.
Below are examples of what we would term suitable entries and poor entries. If you read through these examples you should get a good idea of what we prefer.

Do not overstate what you, your organisation, or your website offers:

Do not add brand names to your description:
We use the latest Lotus, Microsoft, IBM, and Sage software to help you maximize your potential.
Do not add event dates as we may not review your site before the event occurs:

Select the most appropriate category by either browsing the category tree step-by-step, or by using key words and selecting a category from the results, or finding out where similar websites are already listed.
Do not just pick any category in the hope that we will fix it for you when we review your site suggestion - sorry, but we just don't have the time!
