There isn't a category to suit my site, what should I do?

We create new categories as we add sites to our listings, so you may find that we do not currently have a category that specifically suits the content of your website or the nature of your organisation.

In this case you should find the most appropriate 'higher level' category and suggest your site from that category. That is, choose the best possible category match from what is currently available.

We will then either create a new category when we review your site, or find a suitable alternative category.

Example:

Bob has a general interest site for Tulip enthusiasts. He finds the following category that best relates to his site content:"Science > Biology > Botany > Plants" however, there is no sub-category for Tulips.

In this case Bob should suggest his site to the 'Plants' category and we will create a category for Tulips when we review his site.
